This unique platform, launched on September 14, is a one-to-one personalized coaching service aimed at empowering working professionals to navigate their careers more effectively. FindACoach is a pioneering platform, the first of its kind designed specifically for the Asian market. Manoj Kohli, a respected industry expert, has joined the SpeakIn Board as its Chairman. Kohli, the former Country Head of SoftBank India and former CEO & MD of Bharti Airtel, has been entrusted with the responsibility to steer the company's coaching platform in the Asian continent. According to a report by KPMG on the Digital Coaching Market & Competition Assessment, the number of certified coaches globally has increased by about 33 per cent, and revenue has risen by about 21 per cent in the past three years. The post-pandemic era has also seen a surge in the need for executive mentorship. Technological disruption and AI have resulted in better scalability and lower costs for consumers, with many managers citing a return on investment of six times the coaching cost.
