Following the colossal success of his biopic 'Oppenheimer', Nolan has announced another film under the banner of Universal. The movie, which Nolan is writing and directing, is slated for a theatrical and Imax release on July 17, 2026. However, the plot details are being kept under wraps, adding to the anticipation.

The casting news for this project has created quite a stir in the industry. Hollywood stars Zendaya and Anne Hathaway have been roped in for the film. They will be sharing the screen with previously announced cast members Tom Holland and Matt Damon. Despite the buzz around the casting, Universal has chosen to remain tight-lipped.

Hathaway and Nolan: A Reunion in the Making

This film marks a significant reunion for Hathaway and Nolan. The duo has previously collaborated on the 2014 space epic 'Interstellar' and the third part of Nolan's 'Batman' trilogy, 'The Dark Knight Rises'. Hathaway revealed to Vanity Fair, "A lot of people wouldn't give me roles because they were so concerned about how toxic my identity had become online". She further added, "I had an angel in Christopher Nolan, who did not care about that and gave me one of the most beautiful roles I've had in one of the best films that I've been a part of ... And my career did not lose momentum the way it could have if he hadn't backed me".

On the other hand, Zendaya, who has had a successful year with two of the year's biggest hits, 'Challengers' and 'Dune: Part Two', is set to star with Robert Pattinson in 'The Drama'.
